29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) 8192 Southpark Lane, Littleton, CO 80120: On or about December 22, 2025 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees used protective equipment while operating the manual copper plating line. While dipping circuit boards, employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. Skin contact with the chemicals in use in the employer's workplace may result in skin irritation, blistering, chemical burns, and circulatory system damage.

29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: (a) 8192 Southpark Lane, Littleton, CO 80120: On or about December 22, 2025, and at times prior, employees operating the manual copper plating line were exposed to eye hazards from acid splashes when cleaning circuit boards. While dipping circuit boards, employees wore safety glasses that did not provide splash protection from corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. Eye contact with the chemicals in use in the employer's workplace may result in serious eye damage, burns, and blindness.
