29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about November 6, 2025, following a work-related in-patient hospitalization, OSHA was not contacted within 24 hours of the employer being notified of the hospitalization. Turn Key Utility Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1591733, citation number Two (2), item number One (1) and was affirmed as a final order on September 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located adjacent to 9377 Wakefield Road in Justin, TX.
