29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):(1) Unprotected sides and edges. (i) Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following: On or about November 11/20/2025, during stacking and or shifting pallets for shipping at a worksite located at 15969 River ST NE, Alliance Ohio 44601; the employer did not ensure employees working on an elevated walking surface outside loading dock (4.3 feet above the lower surface) were protected from a fall greater than 4 feet above the ground by utilizing a fall protection system.
