This condition exposed employees to various hazards while working from scaffolding systems. (b)Westover Masonry, LLC. at 1224 6th Street, Brookings, SD 57006: On or about and at times prior to November 24, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with adequate training on scaffolding systems prior to conducting masonry activities from the Hydro-mobile scaffolding system. This condition exposed employees to various hazards while working from scaffolding systems. Westover Masonry, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.454(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1737629, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 6/21/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 304 15th Avenue, Brookings, SD 57006.
