29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or the loss of an eye: Establishment - Employer failed to report an inpatient hospitalization of an employee within 24 hours when on September 25, 2025 at 9:16 am their employee was injured and later that day hospitalized and reported such to the supervisor, but the employer failed to notify OSHA until 5 days later on September 30, 2025 at 1:55pm. Sodexo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565512, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 5, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 466 Raider Blvd, Hillsborough, NJ 08874.
