29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) New single-family residential structure located on Lot #51 at 7385 Quinn Ct. Dawsonville, GA 30534, Scaffold: On or about 11/21/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns in that protective eyewear was not provided while installing siding material.

29 CFR  1926.1153(c)(1):For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section.  a) New single-family residential structure located on Lot #51 at 7385 Quinn Ct. Dawsonville, GA 30534, Scaffold: On or about 11/21/2025, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards due to silica exposure from cutting cement fiber siding board, in that the employer failed to ensure that engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection as described in Table-1 were adhered.

Dawsonville, GA 30534, Scaffold: On or about 11/21/2025, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that the employer failed to assess the exposure of all employees who may be exposed to silica health hazards through scheduled monitoring.
