Dawsonville, GA 30534, Scaffold: On or about 11/21/2025, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards due to silica exposure from cutting cement fiber siding board, in that the employer failed to ensure that engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection as described in Table-1 were adhered.
