29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: A) 1135 Easton Ave, SOMERSET, NJ 08873 -The employer failed to ensure that one of the two employees painting the side of the building from an aerial lift, approximately 15 feet high, was using a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employee(s) to fall hazards. Hazards observed on or about December 3, 2025.
