29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) New single-family residential construction located on lot #78 at 11 Rockaway Dr. S., Dawsonville, GA 30534, Second-level and top plate: On or about 12/04/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that eye protection equipment was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities. TDEH Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1825043, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/03/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 136 Water Lilly Way, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
