29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On or about December 8, 2025, at a jobsite located at 5505 South 27th, Milwaukee, WI 53221, employees conducted snow removal off of the flat metal roof decking to allow further roof installation work to continue. Employees did not use fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the lower level.
