29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about December 8th, 2025, and at times prior thereto, small appliances were plugged into relocatable power taps which were not used according to the listing and labeling instructions. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s). In the following location(s): a) Boiler room - Magic Chef microwave b) Maintenance office - Pelonis digital tower space c) Administrative office - VisionAir convection baseboard heater Notice 1, Item 2, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to ensure electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on April 13, 2023, Inspection 1663536, June 05, 2023 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
