29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: a) On or about December 10, 2025, outside of the Marco St. Croix Inc., Maintenance Shed, one large oxygen tank, one medium argon cylinder, one large propane cylinder, two large argon cylinders, one large carbon dioxide cylinder, were not secured inside cage or with a chain, posing the risk of being knocked over, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about December 10, 2025, at the Marco St. Croix, inside the Maintenance Shed, a brand Bradley eyewash shower/station, the shower was not operational, and the employer failed to conduct the weekly inspection exposing employees to eye injuries from corrosive chemicals such as All Purpose Cleaner, HDX Lemon Ammonia, and Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
