29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: a) Pet Boarding Area: On December 15, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not maintain a copy of the safety data sheet for the "Petology 256:1 Disinfectant" solution that employees use to sanitize the floors of the pet dens and indoor play yards.
