29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) On or about 12/17/2025, throughout the establishment; the employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the Lockout/Tagout procedures at least annually to verify that each procedure was adequate and properly followed by employees responsible for locking out machines during servicing or maintenance, including, but not limited to, blade changes on the horizontal band saw, and die changes on the AccuPress 725012. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
