29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided. On or about December 13, 2025, at a workplace located at W3195 Van Roy Road, Appleton, Wisconsin in the Bakery Department; the floor in front of the Belshaw 734CG open kettle fryer was not maintained in a dry condition as an employee was performing donut frying tasks, exposing the employee to thermal hazards.
