29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level. On or about December 30, 2026, at location 2348 Lineville Road, Green Bay, Wisconsin: employees were exposed to potential egress hazards due to pallets of goods obstructing the exit route to emergency exit door number 5 in the back stock area and loading docks.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks shall be examined before being placed in service, and shall not be placed in service if the examination shows any condition adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle. Such examination shall be made at least daily. Where industrial trucks are used on a round-the-clock basis, they shall be examined after each shift. Defects when found shall be immediately reported and corrected. On or about December 30, 2025, at an establishment located at 2348 Lineville Road, Green Bay, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck used on a round-the-clock basis was examined after each shift to identify any condition that could adversely affect the safety of the vehicles such as, but not limited to, severed parking brakes, malfunctioning driving brakes, broken seats, and delaminated and/or unserviceable tires.
