Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) On or about December 17, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that a Belkin - 7 Surge Master Home Series Power Strip located behind the BossLaser was installed and used in accordance with its listing and manufacturer's instructions in that the power strip was secured to a wall surface using zip ties attached directly to its casing, rendering it a fixed installation contrary to its UL listing. This improper use exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.

This exposes employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
