29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel: a) Caliber Holdings LLC DBA Caliber Collision Centers, 1303 Erie Boulevard West, Rome, NY 13440, on or about 12/18/2025. The employer failed to keep electricals panel located in the shop area by the overhead door and FS Curtis NXB11 1300 compressor readily accessible. The electrical panel was blocked by garbage, car parts, and cardboard.
