29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about December 16, 2025, an employee was attempting to replace the canister style air filter on the air blower of the cooling table (Line #4). The employer did not ensure procedures were developed to ensure that the air blower was locked out, exposing employees to laceration and amputation hazards from the rotating impeller blades on the air blower.
