29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided: a) Pool Equipment Room: On December 17, 2025, and at times prior thereto; employees do not have adequate facilities to flush their eyes during the handling of corrosive pool chemicals to include Muriatic acid, pH less than 1.0. The plumbed eyewash station is missing a manufacturer's eyepiece which prevents the simultaneous flushing of both eyes, and the working area around the eyewash station is partially obstructed. Note* Abatement certification is required for this item.
