Instances included but were not limited to:  i. Bent/warped cross bracing and frame uprights and damaged footplate within racking in aisle 20, bay 28 where one pallet of juice weighing approximately 900 pounds was stored on level B and ii. Bent/warped cross bracing and vertical frame upright member(s) within racking in aisle 20, bays 20 and 22 (one shelf) where three pallets of juice weighing approximately 2,700 pounds total were stored on level B (two pallets) and level C (one pallet).
