29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) Worksite was located at 3 Moonflower Drive, Manalapan, NJ 07726:  Two workers installing sheathing and trusses on the roof of a new two-story single-family home were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty five feet to ground as they were not utilizing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about January 13, 2026.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.   Oliveira General Services, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1819423, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/26/25, with respect to a workplace located at 743-747 North Capital Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130.  Oliveira General Services, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1812577, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/17/25, with respect to a workplace located at 24 South Yarmouth Avenue, Longport, NJ 08403.  Oliveira General Services, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1809609, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/17/25, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Morningside Road, Ocean City, NJ 08226.  Oliveira General Services, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1797088, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/17/25, with respect to a workplace located at 305 20th Street South, Brigantine, NJ 08203.
