29 CFR  1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:   a) New single-family town home style structure located at 602 Shumard Lane Gainesville, GA 30501/Ground level: On or about 01/14/2026, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure the Makita 5007F 7-1/4-inch circular saws was equipped with a blade guard below the base plate while employees were using the saw for cutting various framing materials.
