Exit access routes at racks located near employee workstations were limited to 15 inches. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. (b) 441 Bonner Road, Wauconda, Illinois - On January 15, 2026, the employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial vehicle, such as the Crown sit down forklift Serial # SC5745-35, as demonstrated by the successful completion of operator training and evaluation. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
