29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite: 1112 S Alder St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about January 15, 2026, employer did not ensure employees removing stucco from the exterior wall of building 1112, from the open and unprotected roof edges of the adjacent buildings 1114 and 1110 approximately 20 feet above the ground level, were protected from falling by the use of a fall protection system. Philadelphia Quality Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1798196, citation number 2, item number1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/23/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1137 S. 18th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146.
