Rail Dept. of Fabrication Floor: On or about January 16, 2026, and at times prior to, the Bauer 8" Drill Press was not guarded to protect employees.  This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to amputation hazards.  Outside Fabrication Area: On or about January 16, 2026, and at times prior to, the Ficep Beam Line CNC Machine was not guarded to protect employees.  This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to amputation hazards.

Maintenance Office: On or about January 16, 2026, and at times prior to, EATON 120v electrical panel unit was obstructed by various miscellaneous items. This condition potentially exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
