29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 119 E. Nebraska Ave. Long Beach, NJ: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty feet to the ground below. While framing the third?floor level, two employees were observed working at the edge of the structure while installing a framed wall. At the same time, another employee was positioned near the edge of the third floor while off?loading materials from a telehandler. None of the employees were protected from fall hazards through the use of personal fall protection systems or any other form of required fall protection. Observed on or about  01/29/26  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
