29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Facility, 127 Power Drive, Loyalhanna, PA 15661: On our about January 29, 2026, the sanding machine did not have guards in place to protect the employees from nip points created between the strip of sand paper and the smaller back rotating wheel.
