(b) In the Katies Kitchen prep area, on or about January 26, 2026, and at times prior thereto, food service employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and minor burn hazards because the exit door was not clearly marked as an exit. The Angel of the Winds Casino Resort was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647032, citation number 1, item number 1c, and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3438 Stoluckquamish Lane Arlington, WA 98223.
