29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) Vincentian Village in St. Petersburg, FL: On or about January 30, 2026, employees were exposed to fall hazards while using temporary stairs with a landing to an elevator hoist missing a handrail. The Bradley Construction Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642998, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/09/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 5205 Moccasin Rd, Palmetto, FL.
