29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 192 Ridgeway Cir. Crestview FL. 32536: On or about February 5, 2026: employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from falls over 6 feet.  Marcelino Carrillo Trinidad was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b) (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1738525, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 7, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 893 Windhill Drive, Lot 20B McKenzie Ridge, Cantonment, Florida.  Marcelino Carrillo Trinidad dba Marcelino Carrillo Trinidad was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528452, citation number 1, item number 2, group A and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1805 Banyan Place, Lot 6G Bentley Oaks Estate, Cantonment, Florida.
