29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l) AND AS REFERENCED BY THE NOTE CONTAINED IN 1926.602(d) : a) 845 Greenfield Road Lancaster, PA - On or about February 6, 2026, an employee operated a rough-terrain Pettibone Extendo 944X telehandler without having received a certification that a combination of formal instruction, practical training, and evaluation of the operator's was preformed. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
