29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: Arcadia Fire Station: On or about February 09, 2026, and at times prior thereto, all the fire extinguisher(s) mounted/staged throughout the building were not up to date with their annual maintenance check. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire hazard(s). Notice 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on July 28th, 2025, Inspection 1827381, August 21, 2025, of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
