29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  10 N. Newport Ave., Ventnor City, 08406: Worker engaged in siding and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and more than 10 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on a unprotected deck of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/11/2026.  The Siding Solutions and Home Improvements LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666135, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/03/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4063 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226.  The Siding Solutions and Home Improvements LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748883, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/05/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 117 S. 13th Ave., Longport, NJ 08403.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
