29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6):The employer did not ensure that all name-plates and markings were in place and maintained in a legible condition: Employees engaged in material handing activities using the Hyster Pro and the Yale forklifts where the following markings were not in place and legible: a) Hyster Pro control levers for operating the mast was not legibly marked. b) The Yale control lever that moves the mast up and down was not marked.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined, at least daily or before each shift if used on a round-the clock basis, before being placed into service. Employees engaged in operating the Hyster Pro and the Yale forklifts in the north building located at 2520 N. Kansas Avenue, Topeka, Kansas were not conducting pre-inspections of the powered industrial trucks prior to being placed in service.
