29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: A. On or about February 12, 2026, and at times thereafter, the employer did not conduct period inspection of the developed and documented energy control procedure for Pace Label Converter (5) at least annually to correct any inadequacies in the procedures. The requirements of the standard were not being followed by affected employees engaged in service and maintenance activities, such as but not limited to clearing jams, adjusting cutter blade heights, draining glue and cleaning glue out of the machine. B. On or about February 12, 2026, and at times thereafter, the employer did not conduct period inspection of the developed and documented energy control procedure for Mark Andy Label Converter (6) at least annually to correct any inadequacies in the procedures The requirements of the standard were not being followed by affected employees engaged in service and maintenance activities, such as but not limited to clearing jams, adjusting cutter blade heights, draining glue and cleaning glue out of the machine. C.
