29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. (a) Worksite: On or about 2/17/2026, the employer did not ensure powered industrial truck drivers kept their feet/legs inside the running lines of a Toyota 8FBE20U forklift during equipment operations. The Ocean State Jobbers, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(m)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1809350, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/12/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 375 Commerce Park Road North Kingstown, RI 02852.
