29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 02/16/2026 on Line 2; where employees were cleaning the chicane conveyor belt while the belt was running. Employees were exposed to "caught by" hazards while standing under the conveyor belt and reaching into the area between the conveyor belt and a roller. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
