29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1.  a) New residential construction located at 64 King Village, Braselton, GA 30517: On 3/3/2026, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards due to silica exposure from dry cutting cement fiber siding outside without any engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection as described in Table-1.
