The Luis Perez dba Luis Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1716130, citation number 1, item number 2, group a and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4367 Winged Elm Court, Lot 86K Woodlands, Milton, Florida.

The Luis Perez dba Luis Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1716130, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4367 Winged Elm Court, Lot 86K Woodlands, Milton, Florida.
