29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 4807 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008: Employees engaged in framing , sheathing installation, and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, approximately 20 & 30 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working on a makeshift planks near the peak of the roof and midway on the side of residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/11/2026.  The Easy Work Contractors Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1837793, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/19/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 32 John Vanzant Drive, Titusville, NJ 08560.  The Easy Work Contractors Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1848806, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/18/2026, with respect to a workplace located at 16 John Vanzant Drive, Titusville, NJ 08560.  The Easy Work Contractors Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1863951, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/09/2026, with respect to a workplace located at 1213 & 1214 Auburn Terrace, Manalapan NJ 07726.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)   (a)  4807 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008: Workers were not utilizing fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards up to 20 & 30 feet to ground surface below when performing framing and sheathing installation and other related activities. The exposed workers have not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii). Condition observed on or about 03/11/2026.
