29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  a) Jobsite: On or about 3/18/2026, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting residential framing activities approximately 14 feet above the lower level were protected from fall hazards.  JSD Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1795717, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/5/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 50 South County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822.  JSD Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1797831, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/5/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 50 South County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822.
