29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the temporary jobsite located at 12063/12067/12071 West Arvada Blvd. Wichita, Kansas, employees are exposed to chemical hazards. Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to gasoline at the job site. The employer had not developed and implemented a hazard communication program.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the temporary jobsite located at 12063/12067/12071 West Arvada Blvd. Wichita, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that they were not provided training on the chemical hazards of gasoline at the job site. The chemical hazards associated with this chemical include: skin and eye irritation, drowsiness and/or dizziness, may cause damage to liver, kidneys and nervous system, suspected of causing cancer and may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Additionally, gasoline can act as a fueling agent due to its extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor.

The chemical hazards associated with this chemical include: skin and eye irritation, drowsiness and/or dizziness, may cause damage to liver, kidneys and nervous system, suspected of causing cancer and may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.
