29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 3/25/2026 at a construction project located at 462 Niagara Street, Buffalo, New York; employees were using a boom lift to access work areas while installing metal framing on the side of the building. Employees in the lift did not have their harnesses with the lanyard attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
