OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees Location: 140 North Walker St, Taunton, MA On March 20, 2026, an employee was exposed to fall hazards and crushed by hazards when working out of a job-made manlift box that was lifted approximately 20 feet above ground level by a Cat Telehandler to conduct framing activities
