29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about April 21, 2026, at a construction site located at 7983 South Patricia Court, Franklin, WI 53152, employee was installing shingles on the north east side of the roof of an existing duplex roof with a 4:12 pitch, was not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately eight (8) feet from roof to the ground below onto concrete.
