29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about April 22, 2026, Clifton Steel Company failed to ensure an employee operating a powered industrial vehicle kept a clear view of the path of travel. As a result, an employee was exposed to and struck by a Yale Forklift (Model ERC060GHN36TE084, Serial Number A908N06891E) which lead to an inpatient hospitalization.
