29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 1016 Bay Road, Amherst, MA: On or about June 3, 2026, employees were working on a residential structure engaged in construction roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges greater than 6 feet above the ground below and were not protected by guardrails, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Sadi Gonzalez, dba SD Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1819666, Citation number 2, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 2, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 528 Bernardston Rd, GREENFIELD, MA.
