29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a) New residential construction located at 234 Lake Meadows Dr., Winder, GA 30680: On or about 06-16-2026, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees using these tools while engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New residential construction located at 234 Lake Meadows Dr., Winder, GA 30680: On or about 06-16-2026, the employer exposed employees to 8-foot 9-inch fall hazards to the concrete lower level while conducting framing activities, in that the employee was not tied into any type of fall protection system on a roof with a pitch of 9/12.
