An employee finished adjusting the blades on a four-headed planer machine. He then shut off the motor and was wiping oil off the machine when a blade grabbed his rag and pulled his hand into the cutting head. The blade amputated his right thumb and index finger and damaged his right middle finger. The blade was still moving at the time of the incident.
