An employee was setting up a salad bar. A pot of chicken noodle soup was just filled and the pot was placed in the back kitchen hot window. When the employee lifted the pot, soup spilled on her neck and chest. She suffered first and second degree burns to the right cheek and neck, as well as chest burns.
